In order to demonstrate how Roboze FFF technology allows to save your production time and costs, Roboze realized a PEEK part with the Roboze One+400 printer, that, thanks to the vacuum system, improves the management of the production time and, at the same time, guarantees the quality of the produced parts.
For a better adhesion of the parts, Roboze developed specific polymer accessories, dedicated to each material class, that share the same chemical-physical properties of the extruded polymers.
These are put on the printing bed, equipped with the vacuum system that guarantees the perfect planarity of the parts during the printing process and reduces the operations before and after printing.
In this way the replacement of the film needs just a couple of seconds, optimizing the production processes of the final users.
