ROBOZE, the company building the Physical AI backbone for autonomous manufacturing in strategic industries, today announced that its ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED Mission Ready Production System has been officially qualified by Airbus for the production of flight-ready secondary structural components using standard ULTEM™ 9085 filament.
This milestone represents a major advancement for aerospace additive manufacturing and marks the first qualification of an alternative hardware and material ecosystem since Airbus introduced its stringent material and process requirements for high-performance polymer space applications.
Standard Material Qualification. No Proprietary Grades Required.
A key differentiator of the qualification is that ROBOZE achieved approval using its standard commercial ULTEM™ 9085 filament.
Unlike legacy systems that rely on proprietary or specialized aerospace-grade material variants, ROBOZE's standard production material meets Airbus requirements for mechanical performance, flame retardancy, repeatability, process control, and traceability without requiring dedicated material formulations.
