The Founder’s Vision 


When I founded Roboze, I wanted to solve a simple but enormous problem: critical industries cannot move at the pace of innovation if manufacturing lags behind.

Before Roboze, I worked in a CNC shop alongside highly skilled operators. I saw firsthand how extraordinary human expertise is in aerospace, defense, and energy manufacturing. That level of skill is essential and irreplaceable. At the same time, I saw its limits. Many processes are difficult to scale, cannot run continuously, and struggle to support mass customization or rapid iteration.

That gap is not incremental. It is systemic.

Roboze was created to complement this expertise and remove those limits. By combining advanced materials, automation, and intelligent manufacturing systems, we embed human knowledge into machines and transform production into something that can scale, adapt, and operate continuously.

This is Physical AI applied to manufacturing.

Our goal is not to replace craftsmanship, but to amplify it. To remove bottlenecks, unlock new capabilities, and enable a new generation of manufacturing systems that are autonomous, reliable, and built for performance.
