Business Development Manager – Aerospace & Defense - US

Roboze is not just another 3D printing company. We're here to reshape how mission-critical parts are made locally, on-demand, with zero compromise in performance or precision. Our materials and process technologies are trusted by top primes in Europe, and now we’re bringing that edge to the U.S. Aerospace & Defense ecosystem. We're not here to follow the rules of the old game, we're building a faster, leaner, decentralized future of manufacturing.

Why This Role Matters

The U.S. is the biggest defense market on the planet,  and it's ripe for change. As Business Development Manager – Aerospace & Defense, you’ll spearhead Roboze’s expansion in a country where new manufacturing models can transform how mission-critical parts are sourced, qualified, and deployed. You won’t inherit a playbook. You’ll help write it. If you’ve helped qualify AM solutions at a prime contractor or scaled complex BD cycles in aerospace, and you’re ready to leave corporate gravity behind,  we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Roboze’s go-to-market strategy for Aerospace & Defense in US.

  • Develop and manage relationships with Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, OEMs, and defense integrators.

  • Support qualification programs for materials and processes in flight-critical or mission-critical parts.

  • Identify and close strategic business opportunities with aerospace and defense customers.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align capabilities with market demand.

  • Represent Roboze at key industry events, trade shows, and innovation clusters.

  • Report to the Head of Aerospace & Defense, contributing directly to the U.S. strategy and market footprint.

Who You Are:

• You’ve worked at or with companies like Stratasys, EOS, Lockheed, Raytheon, Boeing, Northrop, etc., and know how the A&D machine works.
• You’ve qualified materials and processes for flight-certified parts.

• You have technical and commercial experience in additive manufacturing, advanced polymers, FDM/FFF, composites, or manufacturing for flight-critical components.
• You’ve closed large, multi-year contracts with defense and aerospace customers.
• You’re entrepreneurial: you’ve built new markets, not just managed existing ones.
• You’re hands-on, low-ego, and highly accountable.
• You want to be David in the fight against Goliath.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years in A&D-related business development or technical leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. aerospace qualification lifecycle.
• Experience with additive manufacturing, composite materials, and/or FDM technology.
• Strong network in primes, integrators, and DoD acquisition offices.
• Ability to travel extensively across the U.S.
• U.S. permanent resident or citizen (mandatory for DoD work).
• You thrive in ambiguity and build structure where none exists.

What We Offer:

• The opportunity to lead Roboze’s market expansion in the most strategic defense ecosystem in the world.
• Competitive compensation and upside tied to success.
• A culture that rewards speed, boldness, and results, not red tape.
• The opportunity to reshape how defense and aerospace manufacturers think about supply chains and sustainability.

Join the Mission

We're not interested in incremental change. We're here to challenge the status quo and lead a new era in defense manufacturing. If you're tired of waiting for change, and want to be the one driving it,  this is your call.
