Roboze launches our latest integrated system to manage the 3D printing process

3 October 2019

ROBOZE – innovative manufacturer of FFF 3D solutions for extreme additive manufacturing applications, will demonstrate at Formnext 2019 their new Heat Treatment Processes, for the production of functional prototypes and finished components with composite materials and high temperature super polymers.
Product innovations from Roboze over the last few years has included our patented Beltless System, which gives greater accuracy and build consistency. The patented HVP extruder mechanical gem able to print successfully high viscosity super polymers like PEEK, Carbon PEEK and ULTEM™ AM9085F – today ROBOZE is a solution provider for the management of the entire manufacturing process of high temperature and composite materials, pre-printing procedures to post-processing finishing.

Roboze presents its Filament Dryer, designed to increase the quality of the finished products

ROBOZE product portfolio includes our new Filament Dryer, designed to dry and monitor the quality of the filaments before and during the printing process. The new dryer increases the quality of the finished prints with the system automatically loading the filament speeding up the pre-printing process while making it a very user friendly system.

High performance thermal post-processing

In order to meet the needs of thermal post-processing for the crystallization of the printed parts, ROBOZE HT Oven has been developed and produced to improve the dimensional stability at high temperatures, reducing residual stress within semi-crystalline materials or mechanical processing. The HT Oven is included with the printers: Desktop series – Roboze One and Roboze One+400 – and Desktop/Production series – Roboze One Xtreme and Roboze One+400 Xtreme.
For all ROBOZE systems, including the Production series ARGO 500, the HT Oven allows to prepare the filaments while printing for the next job; your material is always ready to go, increasing productivity, optimizing and speeding up production thanks to the large storage area for many spools of the same or different materials.
