EXTEM™AMHH811F is a thermoplastic amorphous polyimide filament, based on the SABIC’s EXTEM™ resin, that guarantees high performances on the Production 3D printing systems by Roboze.
It provides great resistance to high temperature with performance of heat deflection up to 230°C, and excellent dimensional stability.
Its 247°C glass transition (Tg) temperature is the highest one among all printable materials, offering an extremely performing flame resistance. It retains mechanical strength at high temperatures and has great chemical resistance. It is RoHS compliant and halogen free, according to VDE / DIN 472 part 815.
The EXTEM™ AMHH811F filament has gained the UL Blue Card recognition with V0-075 certification on samples printed by ARGO systems with a thickness of 0,75 mm. This certification puts on the same regulatory level parts printed with FFF technology as the parts produced with traditional manufacturing like injection moulding.
EXTEM™AMHH811F filament can address the needs of industries like electrics and consumer goods, aeronautics and space: some examples are the thermal/acoustic shields for the aeronautics and aerospace sector or thin wall design enclosures for electronic components that require UL Blue card certification and and sensors (ie. LIDAR) for electric vehicles.
