Revolutionary Handling Beltless System
For the X and Y axes, the movement is entrusted to helical gear racks in hardened steel and pinions with a positioning accuracy of 0.025 mm.
Roboze One 3D printer uses a C7 ball screw with flexible motor coupling, enabling precision up to 0.025 mm.
Roboze 3D printers are produced internally. All the components of the new Roboze One have solid and long-lasting elements. The chassis made of electro-coated steel, designed for the discharge of vibrations, the internal components in anti-corrosion aluminum from 6082, AISI 303 steel (stainless steel), C50 steel bars ground, hardened and chrome-plated, make Roboze machines a reliable and quality ally , with a high reuse rate, accelerating the ROI.

Extruder designed and manufactured entirely in stainless steel for 2.5 times longer service life
It is the heart of filament deposition technology. We have completely redesigned it to bring heat to the exact point where the material softens and to dissipate it over the rest of the surface.
An essential element deserves only the best. Made entirely of stainless steel, thus ensuring greater durability and less wear compared to its brass predecessor; It is capable of reaching temperatures up to 300 ° C.
Removable Build Plate
Electro-galvanized printing surface heated up to 100 ° C, to allow adhesion and sealing even on very long prints. The removable printing plate allows the removal of the piece with ease and in total safety.

25 micron and repeatability of printed parts
Calculable tolerances in 25 micron
The Beltless system together with enhanced electronics enables the printing of durable parts with real tolerances of 25 microns. The experience in the field of precision mechanics for metalworking and new electronics, improve the previous model of Roboze One and enhancing it to obtain precisions never seen on FFF 3D printing systems.
The new electronic components enhance the Beltless System and at the same time make the machine more fluid and silent, making it an ideal solution for any environment.

Maintenance and user friendly graphical interface
Roboze additive manufacturing solutions are the only ones in the world with Beltless System. This axis movement system guarantees repeatability of the printed objects on one side, and on the other allows a drastic reduction in the maintenance of the machine itself.
The Beltless System is designed and built in hardened steel, a long-life mechanic.
3.5 Inch Touch Screen
To achieve functional design we have inserted a user-friendly highly intuitive color 3.5in touch screen display interface. The new graphic interface simplifies user-machine interaction while keeping Roboze’s signature design.
New Roboze One was planned based on the needs of professionals and companies, that look for high working accuracy and functionality of printing materials. Roboze R&D team added a block system to make final user safer. This system, in case of an emergency, if pushed, blocks immediately the machine. Occupational safety and health are too important to be left out.
