The new Beltless System works with less friction to increase the mechatronic accuracy of the axes compared to the Desktop series.
Roboze’s revolutionary movement of the axes has always been synonymous with repeatability and high accuracy. The new Xtreme series exceeds himself with guaranteed repeatability of the molded parts at 0.6 mil (0.015mm).
The buildplate autolevelling on the Xtreme systems guarantees more repeatability of the printed parts, while accelerating the pre-printing procedures.

Direct feedback for tolerance control
Xtreme systems have advanced encoders able to provide immediate feedback on movement tolerance, correcting errors automatically. The repeatability of Roboze prints is practical, real and leaves nothing to chance.
Less maintenance work
The new Beltless System treatment has added touch-less endstops inserted for rapid movement control, thus reducing the mechanical problems of the axes, reducing maintenance interventions.
Support System Cabinet
The Support System Cabinet is an integrated support cabinet that allows for the storage of spools to preserve them from atmospheric agents. In addition to the Vacuum Box for vacuum generation, it os also housed the Roboze Filament Dryer, designed and produced by R&D team to dry the filaments before printing very easily and automatically.
Enhance production time management for the benefit of produced part quality
Roboze One Xtreme presents a blank floor surface to ensure perfect flatness and adhesion of the parts during the printing process and reduces machine management operations between prints.
For part adhesion Roboze uses polymeric dedicated accessories that share the same chemical-physical properties of the extruded materials. With this system the film change occurs within seconds, to further optimize the production processes of end users.
Heated surface up to 212 °F (100 °C)
The bedplate of Roboze One Xtreme, with a volume of 11.8 x 9.8 x 7.9 in [300 x 250 x 200 mm] (xyz), is able to reach 212 °F (100 °C) guaranteeing thermal stability and adhesion.

PP is the most used commodity polymer, thanks to the high resistance against impact, abrasion and its excellent electrical insulating properties. It is now available on a 3D printing solution.
