The new extruder reaches temperatures up to 842 °F (450 °C), to print technopolymers such as PEEK and Carbon PA.
EXTRUDER BODY AND MATERIALS FOR USE
The extruder body has been completely redesigned and optimized for the dissipation of excess heat and is entirely produced in AISI303 on a CNC lathe.
COMPRESSED AIR COOLING SYSTEM
The HVP extruder is equipped with a compressed air cooling system, which improves the reliability of long-lasting prints while ensuring better heat exchange of the extruder body for better thermal dissipation.

VACUUM PLATE SYSTEM
To ensure perfect adhesion between the parts and the printing bed, Roboze One + 400 is equipped with a vacuum plate system to simplify and accelerate the printing process, while offering greater stability even for large-volume production.
HEATED FLOOR UP TO 266 °F (130 °C)
The printed heating plate in anticorodal 6082 with satin finishing treatment reaches up to 266° F (130 °C) for the printing and sealing of the most complex technopolymers, ensuring thermal stability and adhesion.
With a total volume of 11.8 x 7.9 x 7.9 in [300 x 200 x 200 mm] (xyz) even the biggest ideas take shape.
